My flatmate saw four police vans near the Barclays with a number of policemen hanging on to a man who was dressed only in boxers with blood over his torso.
Anyone know what the story was? It clearly was not the right time for him to ask the police at the scene what was going on.

the site is inaccurate, because this didn't happen on Rowley road....
By the way, it's hardly something to be reassured about, but gang fights happen all over London unfortunately including places like Victoria Station. I once found myself scarily close to a fight amongst gangsters, with gunshots being fired and a man murdered.......and that was on Oxford Street, Christmas time, around 8 pm...
My Dear Alarmed Ones,
For the past week Neighbourhood Watch members throughout Cairo have been keeping their streets safe from riot police, looters, hoodlums, street arabs and bloody men dressed only in boxers. Next time you hear zillions of sirens from Manor House, see large groups of youth crowding round something by the Post Office, detect signs of a run on Barclays Bank, pick up tweets of wars with chainsaws, assegais, cutlasses or molotov cocktails - do please act like Good Neighbours and direct them all through the Gated Garden City to Rowley Road where all such excitement is catered for. They'll appreciate your help.
Thanks for letting us know Jono
intriguing.....still doesn't quite explain what happened to the rest of the man's clothes.
Isn't there lots of CCTV on Green Lanes that might shed light on how they came about their minor stab injuries and state of undress?
