There are a number of different groups at the Ladder CC. I list all events at the 2 local childrens centres and other places like the library, in the Featured Section of Kids Stuff here. Individual events at the Ladder children's centre are listed here and Ludotek at St Ann's library here. All groups are free or low cost and welcome parents and/or carers.

Thanks John, that's one of our listed groups. They were looking for new people to help run it as well quite recently and managed to get a few willing helpers
I wonder - is there such a thing as a weekend mother and toddler group? I ask mainly for my benefit; I work all week and daughter goes to nursery, thus the opportunity to meet other mums in the area is limited.

Yes I am working full time and am looking for a weekend group - but preferably for babies - under 18months/2 years or something. My son is 5 months. Some of the under 5 groups are a bit too much for him. Any ideas please do let me know.
THere's Jolly Babies at the Burghley Road under 5s centre on Monday afternoons, and there are stay and play drop ins at the Ladder Children's Centre and at Woodland's Park children's centre and quite a lot of activities at local libraries etc many are listed here http://www.nctpregnancyandbabycare.com/in-your-area/haringey/WhatsOn
Also your local NCT contact harringayladder [at] haringeynct.org organises regular teas where you can meet other local families
There is also a Parent & Toddler group at North Harringay Primary School in Falkland Road. I think it's mornings only but I can check the details for you.
The NHP Baby & Toddler Group is open Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 11.30. It costs £1 per session which includes drinks and snacks - all parents and carers welcome!
