Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

All your bread in one basket … 🧺

This house hasn’t sold for well over 6 months

Not a mention in the area blurb of The Salisbury or Brouhaha. But they do manage to slip in a mention of Highgate 😃

The garden has been deliberately left bare, so the new owner can change it to their own design.

"Flee before it's too late" Too late for what?

Always interesting how a wide-angle lens gives the impression of a much more substantial mansion rather than a standard north London terrace 16 feet wide at best and with a tiny back bedroom on the first floor.

Of course, if you have an eye for depth of field and the difference between how the human eye sees things (roughly the same as a 50mm lens on an SLR) and a wide-angle lens (anything below 50mm), you can always tell the "trickery" of estate agent photos taken with a short-focus lens, in an attempt to make things look bigger. And, of course, always watch out for the estate agent trick of putting furniture in that is three-quarters normal size to make rooms look bigger ...

I don't know much about this, and have not had time to look at all the pics of this mansion. However, just looking at the main pic, view of the bay at the front: it's screwed up. It is not symmetrical. Not sure how they've managed this, but it looks all wrong. So much for spending Big Bucks on renovation!
