All your bread in one basket … 🧺
This house hasn’t sold for well over 6 months
Not a mention in the area blurb of The Salisbury or Brouhaha. But they do manage to slip in a mention of Highgate 😃

Agree. This is someone's home, regardless of whether you like the decor or not or think it's overpriced. Posting it on a public form with the specific aim of inviting criticism is spiteful, frankly.
I'd be willing to bet it's not someone's home. Given it was purchased in January for £700k it seems unlikely there's been much time for anyone to live there given the various building works.
It's quite clearly been bought by a developer and they're now trying to sell it on having redeveloped it.
Yep - we can't know for sure but it does seem most likely
Agree—bears all the hallmarks. The price is speculative. Not bad, though, apart from some Posh & Becks touches!
In light of all the comments, the old adage 'you can't make a silk purse out of a pig's ear' comes to mind.
It's a nice renovation but I suspect over the price ceiling for the area. Anyway, we will see if it sells, or as I suspect, needs to be discounted.
Dunno, that agent has an under offer listing on Mattison Road with a guide price of 1.5-1.6 million…
I live very near this property and can confirm that no one lives there. It was developed by a property team that also did one a couple of doors down and which sold, although that one is much higher spec. The developer has done several on the ladder over the past few years and has the same signature style.
FEW properties boast a tripod-mounted telescope in the dining room (!?)
No one lives at this heavily-staged developer's production, a short way down from Stroud Green & Harringay Library. According to Zoopla, it had been bought in May last year for £1.35 million. It came back on the market in June this year. The next month, a quarter million pounds was knocked off the asking price.
The garden has been deliberately left bare, so the new owner can change it to their own design.
