Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
HoL translation tool
I have just discovered this - I've been playing with it for ages - its just fantastic. I have had a search on the Haringey Council website for a similar thing but can't find it!

It's on the front page on the left hand side under the Twitter/ Facebook etc buttons and above the sound files. Thanks for flagging it up Karen. Be useful to have some feedback from anyone who has used it and found it useful/not useful.

I stand corrected, there is a similar tool on the Haringey Council website but it doesn't offer so many languages!

The six languages offered on Haringey Council website are the main minority languages used in the Borough. This was a decision taken in 2002/3 (if I remember rightly).Other languages such as Greek, Bengali etc were not included. Maybe the developments in the community and in costs of the appropriate technology should trigger a review and an update.
