Where’s the best place locally to get a free/affordable sofa?
My niece & her boyfriend have just moved into their first flat. They’re not having much luck with people replying on Facebook Marketplace. Are there any local charities/shop where they can buy a second hand sofa, or do you have a 2 seat sofa to give away/for less than £100?

The British Heat Foundation furniture store at 83 Seven Sisters Road might be worth a look.

They could look on Gumtree - we've had several free or cheap furniture items from there and people always seem to reply to queries.
