Congratulations on your asparagus, it looks delicious- just the perfect thickness!
Craig comes by on Mondays around 7pm. My partner, Trudy, has been a customer for some years. Often she texts him in advance to say what we would like but we also sometimes have a look in the van at what is available.
Looks like you cook your asparagus like I do. Parboil in a shallow pan, drain, saute in a drop of light oil, then season and serve.
