Invisible to parking wardens?
Does anyone know what science or witchcraft the builders working on the corner of Glemwood and St Ann's road use to make their vehicles invisible to parking wardens?
They have consistently parked on the double yellow lines right on the corner for several months. This obscures the views of other drivers and makes it difficult for pedestrians to cross safely. Yet they somehow manage to avoid the parking wardens who otherwise pounce on the shortest parking transgression.

None visible. Regardless, it isn't a disabled parking bay. The location has double yellow lines reflecting the fact that it is unsafe for anyone to park there but still they do with impunity.

You can park on double yellows with a blue badge if there are no unloading restriction markings on the pavement and you are 15m away from a junction. Because blue badges are stolen so often Haringey registers vehicle numbers so permits don't need to be displayed: "Haringey Residents that hold a Blue Badge can register online for the free permit, with Civil Enforcement Officers able to check their permit status using just their vehicle number plate, meaning no Blue Badge and clock or paper permit needs to be displayed to prevent theft and vehicle damage." They are still restricted to three hours.

I didn't know that (ability to park on double yellows). It's the proximity to the junction which makes this particular piece of parking dangerous ie. Definitely within 15m

On yellow lines they still need to display the clock. If no clock then report it..

This is slightly incorrect. A virtual bluebadge does allow a disabled person to park on a yellow or double yellow line but they still have to display a disabled clock and only allowed 3 hours on these lines
