Others on this site have already given a thumbs-up for Pete (AKA the Drip Doctor) but just wanted to add my voice to the chorus.

We had a problem with our boiler pump which was not straightforward to fix - a case of multiple (unlikely) failures happening at the same time. Pete didn't give up on us and visited several times, troubleshooting the issues until everything was fixed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
