I know the house well. Railway Fields is not, as stated, a 'residents' only' Nature Reserve, although this house does have private access through the back.

"a 'residents' only' Nature Reserve" What would that even mean?!!
The only residents of the Nature reserve are the flora and fauna of the site! The access is tolerated by the council but not strictly speaking "allowed" because. so I'm told, it is felt that the residents will take more ownership of the site and be more vigilant in keeping the site safe which is probably true.
I would love to have a ladder palace like this but I simply don't have the temperament to keep somewhere as pristine as this. Too busy going to the nature reserve haha
