Comparing to the World Rank on life expectancy U.K Is number 22,(List by the United Nations (2005-2010)that is below Countries like Macau, Singapore, Israel, Greece, Spain.....

How would you improve the life expectancy of U.K as a whole and what can U.K do to help Countries on the Lower Rank than U.K .

Can Healthy Eating Education on its own solve the problem ?
