would you like all The Passage bollards to be repainted?

You may have seen these recently painted bollards on Effingham Road - part of the makeover on that road. I really like the white tipped bollards, but do wonder why Effingham Road was singled out for this treatment.

I have put in a Making the Difference proposal to have all The Passage bollards restored.

I have an extremely tall pipe on the pavement outside of my house, possibly a sewer or underground vent, and that could definitely do with a scrub down with a wire brush and a spot of paint. Does anyone know who these pipes belong to?

Any chance, while they are at it, they could fit them with lasers to target anyone in a hoodie loitering there too long?

I like the idea of a spruce-up wherever possible, but I'm not sure I like the white tips (whether digitally graffitted or not!) as I suspect they will be graffittied in the old-fashioned manner all too quickly....
