Hello, and where to look for private house sales in Harringay?

Hi there.
I hope this is the right place for me to ask this question. Please move it if not.

I currently live in Manchester, but am looking to move to Harringay in the summer. We ideally want to live in the N15 area close to Woodlands Park Rd, but are open to suggestions towards Downhills Park, and south into the Gardens.

If anyone knows of any private sales or fab houses in that area, we would really appreciate hearing about them.

We need 3 beds and ideally a decent sized garden and have a maximum budget of 350,000
