Anyone on HoL following the Ejiofor Cabinet's gross incompetence over the Noel Park bathroom "pods" replacement?
It's on Eddie Nestor's Drivetime radio programme.

From memory, if you are a leaseholder and your freeholder wants to do works, you are at liberty to seek alternative quotes for the same work... Obviously this does not help those facing the problems their freeholder seems to have saddled them with, but it's a thought.

I don't have high hopes for the residents as noone has taken up their mantle. It's utterly depressing and scary as a leaseholder in another block in Haringey.
Further to this story, the council, lead by Emine is looking to absorb HfH back into the council.
