Garden Wildlife: Take care around nesting birds

If you're planning any garden maintenance, please look out for nesting birds and take care not to disturb them.

I've definitely got blackbirds and blue tits nesting and I suspect there's a third nest in the yews. I won't be chopping anything back for quite a while yet (not that I'm much of a one for doing that anyway)

You can’t always tell so it’s best to wait until the end of the season before cutting hedges etc.
