FFS, this is ridiculous. Europeans are white because of their location on the planet and how we get Vitamin D. We're all really short of it at this time of the year and must be outside for a bit. Not all of us are privileged enough to have gardens.
Are these police officers the ones who could do nothing about the drug dealing at Turnpike Lane Station?

I think they were dispersing people. I assume the helicopter was directing land-based officers. We’re half way up the Ladder an we could hear a recorded warning being broadcast (I think from the ground). My other half who has sharper hearing than me says it included “Please go home”.

Thanks. When I first heard the announcement, although I couldn't make out the words, it had the rhythm of a reversing lorry warning. So I assumed it was something of the sort in a nearby road.
When I saw the chopper hovering over what I assumed to be the park, I added two and two together.
Sadly, we must applaud this level of behaviour control at this time and reserve our opprobrium for any selfish behaviour. Having said that, I do feel for those with no garden to offer an escape from being inside.

Yes, we must all be outside for a bit every day, an hour of exercise and essential shopping as infrequently as possible must suffice at this time. As for Vitamin D, we can buy it if we are not getting enough.Try Hux D3 (20,000 iu Colecalciferol) one capsule very 2 weeks, a year supply for less than a fiver.
There is no excuse for sunbathing or having a party in a public park when it is vital to protect the NHS which is under such huge pressure.
Stay Home. Protect the NHS. Save Lives.

Good advice, although I would possibly double the dose of vit D, as pretty much everyone in Northern Europe is either deficient or has insufficient levels if Vit D.
