Hi all - anyone know whether the Railway Fields are open today?

Hi Arkady - no it won’t be open today. Back to normal tomorrow (9-5 all week).

If you need to visit during a weekend, it opens two Sundays a month and the last Saturday of the month

Details of opening times can be found on the Friends website. Next Saturday opening will be 29th June with a special event at 2.30 this time as we welcome David Bevan to give a talk on the history and natural history of Railway Fields in the environmental centre.

Sunday openings are volunteer led and dependent on availability of volunteers but they try and let people know via Twitter about this
