New shop in empty unit on corner of Cavendish Road

I noticed over the weekend that the long-time vacant unit on the corner of Cavendish Road/Green Lanes has working going on inside and a "Let By" sign out front. Any idea what is about to open up?

The Sri Lankan restaurant is now fully kitted out and plans to open today Sunday 17th Feb. I went in there yesterday and this was the news I was given. Look out for reviews soon.
