Who's Jack magazine describe themselves as follows:

Who’s Jack magazine began in Sept 06. Out in both print and online formats. We cater to a demanding, trendsetting, ‘people of the future’ crowd that love anything new and home grown. Essentially we bring together the cogs behind what makes London’s trends, scenes, and interests change, adapt and essentially tick.

In their latest issue Harringay features on their undiscovered London pages.

Well don't expect it to generate any traffic, they've spelt the url wrong. If you get in quick you could register harringayonine.com...

PS Where on earth do you find this stuff?
Oh yeah, didn't notice. I hadn't really thought of it as a traffic generator, but left a note with the correct url anyway.

What did you think of how the article portrayed Harringay?
i did not know there were drug gangs in the 50's.

'.....Turkish and Kurdish communities with the odd dash of Greek Cypriot'.
No Turkish cypriots ?
(i know i'm a pedant)
Overall, a good write up.
Positive about the area BUT appears to have completely disregarded the Gardens while including Grand Parade, thereby reinforcing the idea that Harringay is the ward comprising the Ladder and Wightman Rd and not the area shown on our map above. The writer should have looked at Harringay online properly, especially the map.
I only have 2 observations to make:
1. The New River is not a canal otherwise it would be called the "new canal"
2. You can't walk it from Finsbury Park to near Ally Pally; only from about Allison Rd to Hampden Rd. I've often toyed with the idea of swimming it but I think that might be illegal and I'm basically a good boy!
i once tried to navigate in a dinghy, could not get under the road bridges on the ladder gave up at seymour road.
