Their charity collection was stolen!
I love going to this cafe (when I go to the Laurels med centre) for Hasan's great food - well-priced, good and simple. Please support this lovely cafe and him and don't let the pathetic, stupid bastards who did this win.

Thanks Osbawn, you are right. Hasan has not been here as long as Andreas Michili was or of a similar background but he is the same sort, better and rarer than gold. Anyway, enjoy a nice cup of tea with two poached eggs on toast with his delicious mushrooms, beans and black pudding (my favourite brunch*) for me when you go next.
*I try and resist his perfect fried bread for my waistline though!

I agree it's a lovely place, and just like Geraldine, the original poster, I usually go there after visiting the Laurels Health Centre. If I have to fast for a blood test one of their breakfasts is just the ticket afterwards.
