Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

 .

... No it ain't Kensington folks. It's much closer to home. The hard working paving lads did a mighty fine job and it's to them we must doff our hats :)

There was once an MP old chap but he's long fled :)

Where is this Matt?

Top half of Falkland (only)

The person at the top of the street whose big old wall collapsed as a result of the re-lay is probably less chuffed.

Still - the rest does look nice.

If only they could do the same to Green Lanes proper.

Delighted for the residents of Falkland Road. But why do the residents of the meaner streets east of Green Lanes have to suffer with pitted, scarred pavements waiting for someone to trip over them?

That does look lovely. Well done.

It passes the kotkas test? Jeepers! I'll let the lads know ... possible knighthood on its way :)

Hehehehe - credit where it’s due!

Wow, I'm jealous. We are at the 'rough' end of Stroud Green, pavement slabs all over the place, while the premier roads at top of hill are getting new paving. Not as smart as this though.

Last day for the lads working on this. They're very proud of their work and even happier it's been featured online locally with such a positive response :) They said the council specifically asked for that section by the park to be bricked rather than slab, which is interesting.

Ok when can they do the rest of the streets? The uneven tarmac is a trip hazard (and ugly)
