Floor Sanding

Hi there

Can anyone recommend a local floor sander please? We have a wood floor in need of a bit of sanding/polishing after our tenants move out at the end of the month. It's an engineered wood floor with about 3 mm of solid wood on the surface. We are hoping this can be sanded and revarnished at a reasonable cost, otherwise we might just change it for new wood floor.

not sure about local but these guys did 2 of my friends flats and they did a good job and came in quite reasonable

Petr from PK Woodflooring did my oak floors in the livingroom very recently. He and his partner did an amazing job. I cannot recommend them enough! They worked incredibly hard, amazing attention to detail and the price was very reasonable. They will come back in the new year to do the rest of the groundfloor.

I have used Paul at Sander OX (recommended from someone on here) twice now although this was to sand wooden floorboards as opposed to engineered but its worth asking. He was very good and efficient. 07424 570415
