Jolanta, check the back of your permits under 'Conditions for Use':

"No refunds or exchanges will be given on the purchase of this permit. This permit should not be resold." And, DTW & Peter, we hope you are not contemplating the aiding and abetting of a criminal transaction.

Perhaps Jolanta could suggest an unspecified contribution to a chosen charity, e.g. 'The Jolanta Hardship Fund'?
