We've always had great service from them. Really good for delicate / Indian wedding dresses too.

Agree. I had a zip replaced in a motorbike textile jacket. First they spent 10 minutes trying to replace the finger pull which would have meant basically a free zip. That was a no go so they removed the old full length zip and sewed in a new one. £25inc.
