Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Want to buy 3/4 bedroom house in Harringay area
We are a small family looking to upsize. We're active buyers and actively trawling rightmove / zoopla and all the estate agent sites. The question is more for anyone wanting to sell outside the estate agent marketing system. We're not investors we just love the area and we're not quite finding the property we want!
Essential criteria = garden, 3 bedrooms
We're pretty flexible but do prefer the Turnpike Lane end of the ladder or Downhills Park area.
(A long shot I know!)

I recently posted here my home which several people have mentioned below just to feel things out. I've just put it with an agent but would far prefer to sell privately, which is how I went about it when I sold my house in Brighton to buy this one.
Apart from anything, such a private sale saves me realtor fees, don't forget!
