Car Jumpers on Warham Road damaging cars - Report to Police

Hi,

Last night we had car jumpers on Warham Road damaging several cars incl ours by jumping on them and denting them (bonnets etc).

I reported our damage to the police and the officer asked me to ask everyone affected to also call 101, report the damage and link it to our Ref Number which is 2830376/17

Also if anyone has CCTV pointing to the street it'd be great if you could share the tape. I estimate it happened between 3-5am.

Finally if anyone has a good recommendation for a mechanic, it'd be great if you could let us know.

Thank you all

Dominik

I have no idea what your first paragraph means and I am too busy to read it 5 times to work it out.  What I am saying is that if I came on here pissed off because some pricks had jumped on my car, and a 'bantz lord' like you decided to make a funny out of it, I would be even more pissed. Get me!

Time and a place and all that.

If I was a small child from before 1921 who played in the streets and came back to Harringay to see the environmental damage done by the people who own motor vehicles I might feel the same way.

If this involved bicycle vandalism I know which way it would have gone.

Like I said mate, time and a place.

John, it wasn’t time travellers or anti car militants. It was a bunch of tossers who thought it would be a laugh to walk up the road on top of people's cars while they were being filmed. I didn’t see it but heard it (I thought it was a skip being delivered it was so loud) and saw the aftermath on my street.
I may not particularly like cars but boy do I hate vandalism.

Sick to death of excuses being made for criminals, turning perpetrators into victims.  I grew up poorer than poor in Harringay and the only 'damage' any of us did was to write hopscotch squares on the pavement with chalk.
