Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Just wondering if anyone has yoga class recommendations (walking distance from the ladder preferably) for (total) beginners.

Thank you!

I go to an 11am Sunday class with Marta at the TCCA on Green Lanes. It's all levels but Marta is careful to explain how to get in to the positions correctly. £8 from 11-12.15 every Sunday. Look up Om Light Yoga on facebook.

Noemi also does a Sunday beginners class at South Harringay school.  We are a whole group who started with her who have now moved on to an intermediate class.  She is very good.  She advertises here on Harringay Online.

Anna Taylor, classes on Tues. and Thursdays evenings at St Pauls Church Hall top of Cavendish. I started off as a beginning and felt very supported in her classes. That was years ago and I'm still going to her classes. A great teacher, always come away feeling good in all ways. Anna is on HoL I believe or try Mind Body Balance.

Hello Annapurna
I live on Hewitt and specialise in teaching beginners. I work mainly from home and like to teach either one to one or in very small groups (up to three) . I find that way I can fine-tune alignment and eliminate injuries. I always like to work within my students’ capabilities, while encouraging and helping them to progress from session to session.
I charge £30ph (so if there were three of you, the cost wd be £10 each). My no is 07769 702615.
