Yvvette Edwards reading from her debut novel at Marcus Garvey Library N15

Though it's a bit beyond Green Lanes, this coming Tuesday, 17 May, one of my publishing house's authors, Yvvette Edwards, will be reading from her just-released debut novel, A Cupboard Full of Coats, at Haringey's Marcus Garvey Library.

Yvvette, who grew up in Hackney and is of Monserratian-British origin, formerly worked in Haringey libraries (which is why they've been so gracious as to host this event), and continues to live in the East End.
