Wooden Playhouse £80

Wooden playhouse by TP Toys for sale, all wood FSC^® certified. 

Our children have really enjoyed playing with this house but have now outgrown it.  

The playhouse is in great condition and has been well looked after.  We added a felt roof and painted the house with wood stain and preserver when originally built. This sale includes leftover pots of wood stain for repainting. House has been located in a sheltered position in the garden on AstroTurf so has had no contact with excess water or wet ground. The house is watertight. The front door needs new hinges or replacing with a new door or curtain. We have a full set of instructions.
