WANTED: 1 or 2 bed Flat to rent from end of October

Hello,

We are a couple looking for a flat to rent in the area for a year (or so) from the end of October. Budget is £1,200pcm. Looking to avoid agencies and deal with a nice landlord directly. We are nice tenants and can supply recent landlord refs.

Hi Rory I have a one bedroom flat to rent but it is in upper holloway so maybe too far for you. It's n19 4lz. 1300 per month including council tax. Nice flat with a pretty shared garden.
