Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Vodafone poor mobile signal issues in Harringay, Hornsey and Alexandra Palace?

Hi all,

Since earlier this year, Vodafone's 4G signal seems to have dropped massively in the area - barely 1-2 bars at the top of the ladder, blackspots around Hornsey high street, and a drop to 3G by Alexandra Palace.

I contacted Vodafone earlier this year and they confirmed there was a known issue that they were aware of. But there has been no improvement since then.

Have other Vodafone mobile users in the area had similar issues?

I just made a complaint. I am missing my parent's calls. Here's the complaint link:

I forgot to put in a link to this thread. If you make a complaint might be an idea to do so.

Can you please participate in this to discover good signals from networks?  https://www.harringayonline.com/forum/topics/best-mobile-network-co...

Thanks have also complained

me too, over on Stapleton Hall Road, by the station.  It's been terrible this year.  It's making working from home difficult for sure.  I've logged a complaint too.

My coverage has also got poorer - I am on Lausanne Road and will complain

I had a callback yesterday regarding the complaint. The representative seemed particularly keen to close the complaint, but uninterested in actually attempting to get the problem fixed. I insisted they keep the complaint open until it’s resolved, I suggest everyone does the same.

Thanks Max. No contact on my complaint yet but I’ll follow your lead if they do get in touch.

Ah yes, I thought I was going mad as I changed my sim and updated settings as advised by Vodafone, but still was not getting a great 4G signal. Now it’s started affecting my phone signal too. Have complained, but Am just going to switch if it’s a region wide issue. My wife gets 4G in London without issue. Thanks to whoever started this feed

i complained this week and they said there was nothing wrong.  the only option they gave was to call back end of July when they might have some gadget thingy available which would allow me to call using wifi (at least I think that's what was said - the signal was too poor for me to be able to hear properly!)

me too, here on Falkland.

Voadfone's coverage map sees it should be excellent round here
