My Virgin phone has been down since yesterday - is anyone else experiencing this problem? When I rang them (on my mobile), I got an automated message saying they were trying to fix the problem but I don't know if it's just my line or the area.

There appear to be two very different services depending exactly where you live. My service is totally fine 99.9% of the time and has been for 7 or 8 years.
Add to that, any alternative service would be 10x slower for the broadband and there isn't really an option.
Same here. Had problems a couple of weeks ago too.
Only if you can get through to speak to someone. All I kept getting was an automated message so I couldn't ask for compensation. I really regret renewing my contract
