Unbelievable !! ( well, sadly , only too believable )
One of those street sweeping machines with the brushes sticking out of the sides came down Wightman to turn left into Hampden. The driver got out and moved a cone so he could squeeze through the barrier. Nothing wrong with that.
But did he replace the cone ?
Did he bollocks 
What kind of people are these ?

I reckon I could have replaced the cone, moved it, and then replaced it again in the time it's taken to read this thread and type a response. And, yes, I do have too much time on my hands!
For the record, I am leaning towards supporting John on this one. I don't think the sweeping-machine driver would ever get out to replace the cone. Which I do believe that he should.
