2. Haringey Council has already slashed Borough Library opening hours by close to one third

4. One of them is Croydon, but their assault on public libraries is worse than Haringey's
5. Today, the BBC carries a story, ex-Inside Croydon, about hundreds of library books dumped on a pavement
