In Feb 1990 No 62 Wightman Rd was denied permission to retain an unauthorised advertising board.  Twenty years later we are treated to this sympathetic visual delight.  The permitted area for a single board being 0.5 sq. metres [or 2.3 for two boards joined] - there's already a 'let and managed by' board on the front -  I estimate this to be nearer 9 sq. metres.  And who are we to thank? www.fenixhomes.co.uk of Turnpike Lane about whom I know nothing except that they use an 'F' and an 'X' in their logo in a cheap echo of their larger competitor.

Having looked at their website I learn that:

"We know how to manage property for optimum performance, whilst ensuring smooth running tenancies, and compliance with the various landlord/tenant laws."
