Suggestions for daytime activities and playmates for my nearly 4 year old daughter mon to weds daytime?

Just wondered if you could help?

My daughter is too old for baby and toddler playgroups, but too young to go to school. Her birthday is December so she will be at school next year and one of the oldest in her year.

She is going to nursery for two full days a week (thursdays and fridays), but has mondays to wednesdays free in the daytime. I have found a few activities for her to do, but not many. I am looking for more suggestions that are geared for three to four year olds, rather than any younger.

Also, if there are any mums or nannies with children of this age group who might be interested in sometimes meeting up on these days, then please do contact me. I think it's important to find new friends for our little ones!
