room to rent

hi

i have a room to rent i dongola road tottenham. (N17 6EB)

its 425 pcm plus bills of abt 75 to 90 pcm dep on time of year and usage.

the room is so cheap as its a small room but its NOT a box room and u share with only 2 others who r clean and tidy. there is also a lovely sunny living room and good sized kitchen. all refurbished abt 3 years ago

so if u or anyone u know is looking for a cheap clean sociable place but dont mind a small room let me know,
