I have done this in the past but it was a hefty waiting time and then the physio I received was pretty much the minimum to get me just about able to walk again. It's fine if that's what you're looking for but no good if it's sports injuries, etc

Ah, looking for something more along those lines - walk up as and when needed, within reason. Any recommendations along those lines?
