That's hilarious. They bought a flat next to a pub but take issue with the restaurant downstairs.

Afraid it's not just Haringey/Harringay Peter. The national change in permitted development rights means that the move from A1 (retail) and A3 (restaurant) for 2 years has to be allowed in a lot of cases. Even where it's not permitted development some people try to get away with it.

I remember that 'Simon' [Stanley] posted at length about Hanoi Pho on HoL around a year ago, but now appears to have deleted his membership and most of his posts have thus gone with him.
