We second this recommendation. Michael ended up working with us for four weeks, doing our entire first floor and the front and back sitting rooms. He has done a cracking job, was very good on communication, was very clear on pricing, and was very reasonable. 

His brother-in-law also did some minor carpentry which was great - sorting out skirtings around 4 new fireplaces and installing shelves in two alcoves.

Another rcommendation from me - Michael’s just done a great job of sorting out my stained and peeling bathroom ceiling which is now looking good as new! He was friendly and helpful and very flexible to get a relatively small job done at times convenient to me.
