Nitrous Oxide, laughing gas
I have just found what appears to be a full 615gm canister of strawberry flavoured nitrous oxide. It's labelled as Fastgas, a product made in China and marketed for catering purposes. The following notice also refers to potential substance abuse:

We were getting whole boxes of those dumped in Effingham during the summer - I assume empty.
I seem to recall I logged them on fixmystreet and the council took them.
Seems a shocking waste of metal.
NB. the car pictured is totally unrelated to the incidents.
