Nandos to replace Barclays Bank on Green Lanes & new KFC
So sad to see Barclays bank close after so many years
An inconvenience for sure
Have to make the journey to the more unsafe wood green branch now
It’s going to be replaced by Nandos and a new KFC opening on the opposite side of the road - too much junk food

And Nandos is really disguised fast food.
We are getting posh kebabs in Seven Sisters - German Doner Kebab is replacing a closed down betting shop next to Holcombe Market.
Is that a good thing or a bad thing?
Of course we now have a humongous "adult gaming centre", aka a disguised betting shop, a few doors down.

Why is the Wood Green branch more unsafe? The traffic on the High Road is no worse than on G Lanes.

Going by a notice on the door a few weeks ago, which bore the name of the furniture shop between Hewitt & Allison, iIve assumed that it’s going to be the new home, or another branch of the shop.
