How can they have invited candidates when nominations don’t close until 9 April and the list isn’t published until 10 April?

Alexandra Park library had husting some weeks ago and perhaps predictably no one showed up from the Tories or Reform. But they obviously felt ok to go ahead well before this deadline. It was solely about library policy and I thought there was palpable tension between the Supporters of AP library and the Labour people.
