Learn to crochet with plastic bags with Haringey Timebank

A lovely chance to do some upcycling in Wood Green next week:

Learn how to use crochet and plaiting techniques to craft upcycled items out of carrier bags. Learn new skills you can use to create a handbag, door mat or other items. During this session the group will contribute squares that will be combined to create an insulating blanket for our seed growing shelter to get the Winkfield Community garden started. Since you’ll be helping out this project you will EARN two time credits while learning new skills!

When: Wednesday 14th March, 12-2pm

Where: Winkfield Resource Centre, Wood Green
