Job of the week: dog poo detective

The Guardian reports that one town in Spain has decided to tackle irresponsible dog owners with a dedicated 'canine detective' who films the perps or fines them if they are caught in the act. 

I'm also rather taken with tale of the dog poo vigilantes of Brunete, near Madrid also described. I have made a mental note of it for my planned guerilla campaign 'Scoop the Poop in the Passage' .
