Is there a 5t traffic limit for the ladder already in place?
I have been noticing signs such as this one:
at a couple of places on the Ladder. This one is at the top of Falkland Rd, here:
I just wondered if there was a historical, i.e. before the one-way system, limit in place for commercial traffic between 6:30pm and 8am every day. Only in my wildest dreams (do I have them anymore?) would it be enforceable today. Any ideas?

PS - the dumped mattress and heavy/noisy tow truck were just lucky I guess.
