Location Location Location on C4 last night looked at 'north east' London and included a flat in what they called Harringay (spelt right)/Seven Sisters. Where is that I wonder? West Green Road? Or do they mean Tottenham? Possibly, as they referred to multi-million pound regeneration. Harringay/Seven Sisters was touted as slightly cheaper than nearby areas. Figures quoted for one and two bed flats in Stoke Newington, Finsbury Park, Leyton, Forest Gate (yep) all sounding crazy.

I saw that! Well outside the flat I saw there was a GL A parking zone so it has to be around the ladder somewhere?
GL A parking zone is the southern Ladder roads down to the railway, the Gardens - and Finsbury Park Avenue + Wiltshire Gardens round the back of Sainsburys. Perhaps one of those last two streets, which are least far away from Seven Sisters [Road]?
I've just been watching it and I think it's this one on West Green Road.
I missed that completely! So the "flat in Finsbury Park" was actually on the Ladder. They obvious just go by the postcode.
That is right. The flat is on the corner of Bedford rd N15 and West Green Rd. It IS is Seven Sisters, Tottenham.
Bedford rd has some splendid large victorian semi-detached properties with huge gardens on it. They would go for well over £1 million in other parts of London. It is just parallel to the tree-lined Lawrence rd which, a few years ago, was lined with a set of shoddy ex-council office buildings. These have now been demolished and redeveloped into a handsome set of low rise apartment blocks and mews houses. There are also roads like Elmar rd and Dorset rd that have some great houses on them. All this a stone's throw from 7 Sister's tube that is 10 minutes from Oxford Circus.
It is very nice. It is also laughable how they describe these places as "2 bed".... As long as you ditch the lounge and make that into a bedroom!
If you look at the floor plan I suppose the study could be converted into a 2nd bedroom
