I guess they must turn it off at night, both to be considerate to the folks in the Salisbury flats and so as not to fall foul of environmental concerns.

surely night time is precisely when it would look best on!

we made a detour and to drive past it on the way back from the 'dreams of a life' premier at wood green last week and it wasn't even on then...and that must have been well before 11pm!

It's projected from one of the flats opposite The Salisbury. I imagine the occupant would quite like to go to bed before midnight now and then!
