Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Green Lanes jewellery shop ram-raided
This morning in broad daylight four guys with sledgehammer and machetes on three motorbikes were caught on video robbing a shop selling gold-plated jewellery on Green Lanes in Harringay. One drove through the shop window and then they raided it, and fled in all directions. Local shopkeepers came out with brooms to try and take them on without success. Scary to watch and the poor shop-woman was terrified.

Very distressing for those involved, including the shop workers nearby who saw a lot of this and the violence of the raiders. I hope they manage to sleep this evening and are getting some support.
