Great parking scam

I have been getting the train to work a lot lately. This morning I noticed someone (smart looking bloke in a suit) park an L200 double-cab at the top of Hampden Rd outside the mosque and then get on the train into town. Then when I came home I noticed him get into it and drive away. Wow... how "interesting". But wait, there's more. It had Italian license plates. This is a scam currently run by the Ferrari owning class in Westminster. Traffic wardens tend to leave foreign plates alone (not sure why but mind boggles with dailymail guesses). Live south of Beresford but commute no problems from Hornsey and use Hampden as a car park disguising your vehicle amongst the 4WDs that visit the mosque.
